Safety Town 2019 is hiring!

The specific roles we are seeking include:
Lead Site Director
Site Director
Assistant Site Director
Safety Town Around Town Lead Site Director Director 
Safety Town Around Town Assistant Director

Certified teachers or those working towards a teaching certification are encouraged.

Volunteers

In addition to our paid directors, Safety Town runs with the help of Middle School and High School Volunteers.

During the two-week sessions, Middle School volunteers are asked to attend classes Monday through Friday for 3 hours each day at the Orchard Church in Barrington.  High School volunteers are asked to attend classes Monday through Friday for 6 hours each day at the Orchard Church in Barrington.  
All volunteers must attend a mandatory training session that will be announced prior to the start of Safety Town at the Safety Town Village site (1301 S. Grove Ave).
Any student who is registered for 7th through 12th grade for the 2019-2020 school year qualifies to be a Safety Town volunteer.  You must fully complete the online application and be willing to follow the Volunteer Code of Conduct.
